Description
Nose and Toes: CBD Healing Balm for Dogs and Cats
Cracked noses and rough paw pads are more than cosmetic. They can be painful, prone to infection, and slow to heal on their own. This CBD-infused balm was designed to address exactly that. It absorbs quickly, does not leave a greasy residue, and contains 150mg of full-spectrum CBD along with a blend of organic oils and butters chosen for skin repair.
When to Use It
- Dry, cracked nose leather: Common in brachycephalic breeds like Bulldogs, Pugs, and Boxers, but it happens across all breeds especially in winter
- Rough or cracked paw pads: From hot pavement, salt exposure, rough terrain, or just age
- Minor skin irritation: Small hot spots, scrapes, or dry patches
- Post-walk paw care: Good preventive routine for dogs that walk on pavement daily
What Makes It Different from Regular Paw Balm
Most paw balms are just wax and oil. This one includes 150mg of the same full-spectrum CBD extract used in our clinically-tested oil. CBD has natural anti-inflammatory properties that support skin healing from the outside in. The organic shea butter, coconut oil, and beeswax base moisturizes and creates a protective barrier without being sticky.
Ingredients
- 150mg full-spectrum CBD extract
- Organic shea butter
- Organic coconut oil
- Organic beeswax
- Vitamin E
How to Apply
Rub a small amount onto the nose or paw pads 1 to 2 times daily. It absorbs within a few minutes. For paws, try to apply after walks and distract your dog for a couple of minutes so they do not immediately lick it off. The ingredients are all pet-safe if ingested in small amounts, but you want it to soak in for best results.
Safe for Cats Too
Cats can develop dry, cracked nose leather and paw pads just like dogs. Apply a thin layer. Cats tend to groom it off quickly, so distraction with a treat right after application helps.
Pair with CBD Oil
For systemic support, combine the balm with one of our oral CBD oils. The 300mg works for small dogs, 600mg for medium dogs and cats, and 1200mg for large breeds. All are USDA Organic and clinically tested at Colorado State University.
